Water
Coolers for Diesel Engines
-
These are
shell and tube heat exchangers employed for engine jacket
water cooling and charge air / charge air coolant (water)
cooling by cooling tower water in diesel engines and related
systems.
-
The engine
jacket water cooler and charge air / water cooler are
mounted on a common framework with nozzle orientations made
suitable for engine nozzle positions.
-
Independent
tanks at suitable heights are provided for each cooler for
buffer storage and vent connections.
-
If charge air
is to be cooled directly in the heat exchanger, the parts in
contact with charge air can be offered in stainless
steel.
