The company was founded by technocrats Mr. N.K. Shetty and Mr. S.N. Shetty having experience in design and manufacturing practices of heat exchangers.

They are supported by a team of design engineers, some of them specialized in CAD, towards heat exchangers design, estimation, procurement and drafting leading to manufacturing drawings.

Apart from the above engineers, the firm has two specialist consultants, one in the area of heat transfer and the other in the area of welding technology.

Eskay has a full-fledged team of production, inspection and Quality Control engineers who are ably supported by skilled / unskilled labour force of about 50 members.

Other manpower includes a highly motivated marketing team and personnel from other administrative functions like accounts.
